I too am planning for granite purchase by this month end. I had seen few shops in Jigani and almost concluded on 2 shops for 2 colors.

Anyone has purchased tiles with Marbos Ceramics in Siddaiah Road near Urvashi Theatre?
Had been there recently to look for vitrified tiles for bedrooms and bathrooms, but whatever we liked nothing was below 120Rs/Sqft.
Is this the usual rate for a 2'x2'?
There were few more
balcony tiles: 75Rs ...

There are many finishes to Granites like Flamed, Leather, Lapothra, etc. If you ask the granite show room guys, they will show you the samples of these finishes. I saw Lapothra finished Silver grey granite in RPG granites on Bannerghatta road, but they quoted Rs 230/SFT which is high as I ...

do those car parking tiles take the abuse of vehicle parking well? i have this question since i need to be sure about these tiles when heavy vehicles like bullet or yezdi main stand is put.

Hi Anup,

Recently i was in a similar situation with SBI's evaluator,the only difference i can make out is that it was a fresh application for a housing loan and the deviations were internal to the house.
There are certain banks which insist on physical evaluation during subsequent loan disbursments ...

Similar to pvr59ksl's information, we dug up a borewell at our house in the month of Dec'12 and the rates are just short by 4rs on the rates mentioned above.
Pretty professional and don't hound for unnecessary rewards even after the work was done.
