Need suggestion for buying a Plot kuthaganahalli -sarjapura

Hi All,
Recently i visited a well devloped layout in kuthaganahalli village - (sarjapura hobli anekel thaluk) and i am planing to invest in 60*40 site for 590 sqr feet. Any idea about the running rate there in and around that place ? What would be appriciation in 3 years time ? Appriciate your guidance...

590 is ok But for 60*40You can still negotiate for 500 and one more thing its an society site or any developers and can u name the society and developer than i can tell exact price and one more thing check all the documents with good advocate and dont huury and be in Risk by buying notified or Revenue site,

Its a society site formed a by a group of poeple (for construct homes for themselves) and the layout is adjacent to DRDO layout in kuthaganahalli. If you click the link which i mentioned earlier, u will get the exact location of the layout(4 Km from sarjapura jn).

I think all sites are sold out. May be i can ask if any body want to resell it ?
