Request expert comments - which of the below options is good? w.r.to BDA site at Anjanapura from first allottee between 2 options 1) 30x40 site north facing around 55-56 lakhs 2) 20x60 north facing 48-49 lakhs.

both are close to Kanakapura road and 3 kms from Vajrahalli Metro station

For self use or future resale, 30*40 is better. More options for ventilation which is a definite plus point.

Thanks for your response. Its for future resale.. Looking from initial investment/cost perspective.. Same 1200 Sq feet around 6 to 7 lakhs cheaper.. I am sure later the returns would not be same as that of 30X40. Regards
