Hi, We are looking for a site of Nigama Aeroview near chikballapur, 12 km from devanahalli.
It is DTCP approved layout. They are quoting 475 psqft.

Does anyone know about this developer? Is it worth investing there?
Please give suggestions.

475 seems to be very high rate when it comes to Chikkaballapur. That side rates are between 120-200 and not more than that..pls do proper due diligence before investing mate...

check for SV Farms near Nandi Hills....or google India Calling..they are selling farm land @ 130

Hi abhi, We have enquired about SV Farms and India Calling. Infact, we have gone and seen the SV Farms. It seems to be very far, Dodballapur to Nandi hills route, 8km from dodballapur. Also, they are selling raw land, with out any conversion or approval. But nigama one seems to be in a good location, 1.5km from NH7, 15km from Devanahali towards chikballa pur. and just beside the Nandi railway station. We have also enquired with some prashanti group at the same place, they are quoting 575/-. We have enquired with some other layout(Some posh >100 acre layout) near Nandi hills, they are quoting 900/-. Compared to all these. price seems to be ok. We are still thinking what to do. If anyone else has any idea about DTCP or BIAPPA layouts with in 600/- near NH7, before chikballapur, please post the info.

Good yaar that you have done a lot of research so quickly in that area..I also did a lot of research this weekend but in other side of Bangalore - Jigani-Anekal road. A huge number of projects are going on and still lot more are coming in that area, including this Prasanthi Group 2 projects. The rates are between 475 till 1100 depending on where you are buying...I really liked some of them ranging 900-975. Trust me I spent 6 hours but still coundt cover all...Finally reached home at 8 pm after visiting the last residential flats project from Vaibhava (good one). Regarding Nigama Properties at Chikballapur, i called them and came to know that those sites have been sold 6 years ago. Could you please let me know if there are plots available (with 60x40) at this location as i am interested to buy. If not that any other location near airport. Thanks in advance.

Nigama properties have one more project on Jigani-Anekal main road...but it seems to be all sold out project...nice layout...we can probably enquire about it if they have any site left out for sale...location is nice and its on main road with big Arch...it has the common entry for Nigama and Terracon Terrenes project...

When I enquired on the same, they said, The hosur/anekal road projects were done by Nigama 'Developers' and NOT Nigama 'Properties'. They said, they were partners earlier and but now, they came out and started Nigama properties with the first project being the Aeroview, that I mentioned.
