Bank Loan for Arkavathy Layout

Hi,
Some one can help me to find which bank will provide loan for 20th Arkavathy layout.
From last week, tried all national banks and no one is ready to give loan for arkavathy layout.
I know past it has issues not sure it exists and how it impacts.

Have you tried private banks like HDFC?
