BWSSB pro rata

Any advice on how pro rata charges are calculated after latest amendment are welcome.

My site is 1163 square feet and 108.04 sq. meter. Is the category of 1200 square feet now applicable to any site more than 108 square meter.

As against paying for only 3rd floor as per site area less than 1200; my demand note says pro rata for 2nd and 3rd floor. The explanation i was given was that because of 2015 amendment.
