Hi all,

i have BDA site measuring 20*30 near entrance of the mallathahalli lake, towards coming ullal RTO office block,

this site just apposite of lake entrance and now the BBMP constructing sewage ling near lake.

this area would be coming under lake buffering zone,

please suggest me any one.

There are 3 different buffer zones based on the size of the 'Rajakaluve' falling under the residential/commercial areas, as ordered by the NGT and all the planning authorities like BDA/BBMP or any other authority has to follow it, while building a new layout or approving the building plans. check out your site falls under which category and then take a call whether to apply for an alternate site from BDA.

» 35m from the edge of a secondary rajakaluve

» 25m from the edge of tertiary rajakaluve
