Just looking to buy a 15 years old individual house thats costing 2.2Cr, wants to know if there will be GST along with registration & bribe

Can anyone know exact % of GST & registration or only registration.

GST is only for the under construction projects, similar to erstwhile Service Tax.

Not applicable for resale/ready to move projects. Only Registration Cost.
