I'm planning to start the construction of my house in couple of months.
Would anyone of you be kind enough to let me know the prevailing rates and
how much money it would take to get the Building Plan sanctioned from the municipal corporation?

I would suggest please to read the other posts related to plan sanction process, cost involved, methods followed by different people in different areas.
