Info About Shriram Land - Anekal - Hamsadhvani Project?

Hello All,

Requesting anyone who has/knows details about this project/Builder, Location, Price, Pros, Cons etc.
I found another thread chain about same builder's project named Malhaar located at Sarjapur was active till Jan'12. Requested info with those Seniors on that chain even.

I just do have high level info on communication. Would like to have suggestion/assistance/advise from the experience & expertise people in this site/forum.
Appreciate if any current status, updated information liaison to these.
