I think the rates for concrete are on lower side. Even my project that started last year had higher initial quote and I had to revise it due to recent increase in cement/sand prices. Not sure if one can buy good quality sand+cement+20mm in this price.

this prices doesn't include reinforcement and centering, those expenses are extra at Rs. 62500/ton,
I called your contractor but he was not able to speak of language barrier, can you please share your
prices of the listed above so that others will also get an idea about those item prices. please.
