Please share across your opinion/suggestions whether buying 30x90 plot is good for constructing home for end-use?

if 30x40 is good enough, why not 30 by 90. if 90 is the depth of the plot, then you have plenty of space for garden both back and front.

2700 sft of land is big enough to construct a beautiful house with lot of open spaces & many possibilites.(double ht.living,sit out for each room,landscaping/water bodies in the house..etc) but you have to decide what is your ideas of your own house & your budget is permissible to go for that idea.

If depth is not 90ft the aesthetics may not be so good.
