Hello Friends,

I saw plot in a gated layout near horamavu lake, 0.5 km away from lake boundary. After the lake boundary, a canal is being laid out and then onwards layout starts. Please give your suggestions whether it is good to construct a house for end-use.

I visited the site and i see water logging in the site. So was concerned however, I see already many houses being constructed. And when i enquired they say it should not be a problem as water/sewage is being channeled through canals, which are getting laid by BBMP (work is ongoing there). Since this layout is already taken over by BBMP, (tar roads are being laid out), am in confused whether to go for it or no..

Please suggest.

One odd thing. Just make sure the sites are not carved out of raj kaluve. You will be surprised to know many facts about raj kaluve that was designed by a British architect several decades ago.

How do i find a particular area or site is under green belt ? For eg: I looked onto Bidrahalli which comes under green area .does it mean it is under green belt, but there is Siva Rd post that no color where Prestige Tranquility is marked . What does that mean if no color is marked?

Is the panchayat area is marked with any color?
