I wonder if any one on this forum has heard of a land developer called Bhuvana Estates / Bhuvana Comforts promoted by one Mr Rayudu and Mr Nagesh. They have one (of the possibly many ) project called Nandanam near Rishy valley School. I own a plot there. They are know for dodging customers, not completing project, under delivering on promises and working in the worst interest of customers (at least going by Nandanam project). Does any one know anything about Bhuvana / Mr Rayudu/ Mr Nagesh? Any projects other than Nandanam that you can share information on?. Any Nandanam investor in this forum that is willing to join hands with many for a collective action? Any information on any Bhuvana project / Bhuvana promoters would help. Please do respond. Thanks.
