Looking for 30x40 or 20x30 Plot in Anjanapura BDA

Hi,
I currently have a 40x60 Plot in Anjanapura 10th Block and i am looking to buy any 30x40 or 20x30 somewhere in 10th Block/ 9th Block/ 5th Block where i can afford.
If anyone has sold or purchased please let me know the current land price running there, also if anyone is interested to sell the plot please contact me on my mail ID.
Based on the land price and my affordable price i will think if i will buy 2x30 or 30x40
