Hi,

As we know our rupee has been drooped by 12% so it has increased chances NRI investment in India. Which is a good news for us because foreign funds will come to india but also there are it's demerits like Unemployment will Increase and others.

So please tell me what are the merits and demerits of Foreign Investment in India. If several retails sectors like Tesco, Wall-mart comes to India and get a business.
Guy's please give some points so that i can make a conclusion what are the benefits and Demerits in NRI Investment and FDI Retails in India.
