BDA has increased the price for HSR layout to 90000 sqmt it is only for this auction or it is the price of HSR layout.

If anybody is participating in July 2013 auction Please let me know the winner price Per sq feet for HSR layout

HSR the highest bidder was around Rs16,000 to RS 17,000 per Sqft ( Sqmt/(10.76) = Sqft). That is a cool 2x of the base price. BDA must be drooling and will revise the base price again for upcomign auctions. Look at HRBR and Jnanbharathi - Even these areas, the successful bidders have paid 40% higher than base price.
