Any info about Royal Samrudhi off kanakapura road( behind AOL) from Shri Samrudhi Property Developers would be appreciated.
Want to know if any one has bought plots there - are their papers and legal documents clean ?
Want to know if they have completed any proejcts earlier?

I contacted one person from Royal Samrudhi, near Ravi shankar Ashram. He's quoting 1600/sqft.
Please share the details if anybody has come across any legal issues with them and their reliability.
