I saw a revenue plot inside anjanapura layout close to the near Capitol Resort/Vajramuni farms. Any idea what should be price of
such a land, it was being quoted for 400-500 less that BDA price. Any previous experiences would be useful.

BDA sites are a much better option for a difference of Rs 500. The reasons are too many. We have discussed them a number of times here.
