				Price in HMT layout on Tumkur road

				Hi all, 
what is the price in HMT layout (KRS Gowda Layout) on Tumkur road. I see various ads and the price range is very large.   I have a site there and would like to sell it, but want to list it at a reasonable price for both me and the buyer.

				Lat 3 months before when i enqured they were qoting around 2000 RS for 30*40 and 1750 around for others sites. And the Highest rate which the last deal was done before 1 and half year is 2750.

				I think This is one of Best Localites in the surroundings Becuase compare to other layouts titiles its clear as cristlye and best thing is next to the layout Sobha Ruby is coming where 1200 Sq.Ft flat is around 45 Lakhs and this layout holds great promise in the future the reasons are
1. Metro got Extended till Hesargatta Circle Which is very near to this layout.
2. completion of express highy way makes the tumkur road less decongested.
3.Future Tumkur road holds great oppurtunites for the future developements.
4.Hardy 1.5 km from NICE Road.

				Hello, the current prevailaing rates are around 3500/- for good sites, which has houses in the neighbourhood and small shopes around. You can also find for 2500/- in the same layout but the site would be in a secluded area. I am looking for a site in the same layout.

				hi all,
we visited the site there is no plan yet.is it worth to book the plot without bda approval and plan.the confident group is saying priority basis they are going to allot the plots.any cheating at the time of allotment of plot.nw they are saying only west phasing plots we can book.is it worth to take the plot we dont have any idea how they will allot plots ?is anybody booked the plot please suggest me.they are telling after 8 months they are going to get approval.please reply.

it is noted that hmt ly rates may increase manyfold cos of the
 development happening around the surroundg area like metro station, 
malls coming up and few more... 
Kindly also note that hessarghatta road is the epicentre of development.
