Hi,
I am interested in knowing the approx costs of constructing a G+2 house on a 1500sqft plot.
I am in the initial phases of planning and need to know the diff in costs if construction is given out to a contractor Versus .

Hi kunal,

If you are going with labour, its not always saving some amount. It depends upon how is your contractor and labour. When I choose my contractor at starting of construction, he is good. But its not reality if we give project to them. Lot of times, wastages of material and theft tat way I will feel that will come to equivalent to contractor. If you don't have anyone from your side, at site, its risk only. Its my personel experience.

The saving is anywhere between 30% to 40% when done through labour contracts & material contracts.
