I purchased Flush door panels, and I have asked my carpenter to give it beech wood beading on all sides. (So that it looks good and adds to durability).
Since I am getting my wardrobes done by the carpenter, I will match it with the doors, and hence I did not purchase readymade flush doors. Flush doors are durable and it is very much sufficient for all indoor doors. My main door and Pooja room door are made of teak.

I inquired it cost 2500 to 3000 Rs ready made one made of made flush door plywoods. Anybody do share how much it cost if we are making by purchasing the made flush door plywood not the readymade ones. It is waterproof?

I am not sure of the final costing, however I am sure it will be more expensive than the ready made doors.
My carpenter has informed me that he will be adding veener sheets for both front and back of the doors for all doors. He said you can add deco sheet for the back side for bathroom doors which will make it waterproof.

Today i inquired and with decorative laminated sheet both sides ready made doors are costing only at 180 Rs per sqft .Means a door with 7*3 would cost only 3780 only.since laminated it is waterproof as well. All are saying what ever water proof they claim nothing is fully water proof and everything will get spoiled.......

Flus doors inner material can be purchased for Some good reliable local dealers and we can put Veener sheet on the front which will work out to be cheap some thing like
5k per door. Lookwise it will be great and you have ur choice of final finish door rather than ready made. For bathroom front is veener and back we can go for corian sheet ( half size ) if your valet permits you can go for full size corian sheet.

This was my idea for doors for my house and bathroom.

so how much it total cost that would come if need to make 3*7 doors.

flush door panel cost - 65 Rs sq ft
venner sheet cost - 80 Rs sqft (not sure)
venner polishing - 125 rs per Sqft
labour for carpenter - additional

means does it cost more that 265 rs, please correct me if wrong as i need to take a call on this. I have seen laminated pine wood readymade door with design at the cost of around 3780 Rs which is roughly around 185 rs per sqft which is cheaper than the above.
