infact way too high..... 2 months back a 30*40 plot was sold at ROYAL LAKE FRONT, which is 8 PHASE 1 A BLOCK FOR 48 LAKHS...
THERE IS ONE NEW APARTMENT COMING UP AT 8 PHASE 1 A BLOCK BY A BUILDER BY NAME CHENGA REDDY. THE PRICE QUOTE IS 4200 SQFT !!!!!!!!

This price is way, way, way higher than the quotes I got even from other agents.
@mshyam.cts Yes this is close to Gottigere.
