I am one of the probable allotee's of the 20000 sites waiting to listen some good news regarding the arkavathy layout. I recently came across an article in expressbuzz.com which was posted on 12-Nov-2009, do any one have any updates from the BDA office regarding arkavathy layout formation and the legal hassles

BANGALORE: Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) is exploring the possibility of developing Arkavathy Layout and giving possession of the allotted sites to 9,000 allottees at the earliest without violating the stay issued by the courts or altering the properties that are in dispute. A formal decision in this regard is likely to be taken in the next few days after seeking legal opinion.....................

there is a small correction. Arkavathy layout numbers came down to 9000 during the allotment list itself. later some more numbers were reduced due to the upcoming VVIP road to the new BIAL. atpresent no one knows what is the actual number of sites BDA is going to handover to the subscribers.
