Hi All,

I am looking to buy a plot for construction in the next 1 year . My requirements are follows :

1) I have never owned any real estate before and want to avoid all headaches . So want clear deed , BDA approval etc.
2) At least 1500Sqft
3) <~45 lakhs including registration
4) <~15km to both EPIP whitefield and RMZ ecospace near bellandur

I looked at one project called ANI ECO Zone (anidevelopers.in) in KR Puram. I really liked the plot , but the asking rate was a little high ~2850 casually , no negotiation. I was also nervous because the plot rates have nearly doubled since 2010 in this area.

Can some real estate pros suggest other alternatives ?

While googling, I got the below info. You may check this. I have no idea about this project or any info on the builders. Just got this info while searching on the net.

@MNRS - just enquired, they have sold out all 30x50.. only 60x40 and the quoting rate is 3k per sqft

There is layout called Dream Meadows Layout in Brookefield behind Ryan International school. I heard the rates are less but according to BDA website this is illegal layout.
