Hi All,

I bought a 30X 40 land in a layout near Krishna North woods,Hegde nagar which have BBMP katha,DC Convertion,BDA Noc and i have been told by the owner that we will get the bank loan for 75% and that too on the present govt rates (so govt rate is 900 i will get aroung 8 lacks).Is it possible that i can apply for any National Bank or the pvt bank to get the 75% on the present market rate which is actuvally in the sale deed price.

Hi Veeren,
I am not an expert but I will tell from my experience. To get loan from any nationalized bank you need to have all the documents and if you do not have approved layout plan then it is difficult to get loan. I believe that the sites near Hegde Nagar with BBMP A khatha do not have approved layouts, atleast in my case. Btw, what was the price you paid ( I am still looking for site)?
