How much would it cost to give a new look to old apartment.

Apartment size 1000 sq feet. this is what i am looking for :

1 .Vitrified Tiles on exiting Mosiac Tile
2. 7 Feet height wall Tiles for 2 bathroom
3. Grill for two balconies of aprox 10 feet. Aluminium pane window convering for this.
4. Painting - washable paint.
5. Kitchen cabinets

Any reference for Rajastani workers who can fix the tiles for me would be of great help.

Recently i did a renovation for old apt which i bought.

Total cost - 50 K
- Wall putty - 2 coat
- Painting - 2 coad ( Roayal), 3 BHK, 3 wals= 2(light)+1(dark) combination
- Polish for veneer sheets applied on doors - 5
- Enamel painting - Kitchen
- Enamel painting - Grills (3), grill (balconey) , doors (backside)- 11
- Acid wash
