Both these layout are off Bannerghattas Road. Tejaswini Nagar is near B.G Road while Nobel Residency is closer to E-city.

Tejaswini Nagar Phase 1 : As somebody mentioned has some Minor Litigation issues. This off late has become common issue. In addtion to this, it is B Khata layout.
other than this i dont see any negative about this layout.

Nobel Residency : This is not a gated community like Tejasvini nagar. It is bit interior compare to Tejaswini nagar phase 1. Houses have come up but still would take atleast 5 years for Nobel to be what Teajaswini nagar is today(from access perspective.) Not sure if it has B.Khata or A.


Which of the these is safer option to invest? What are the on going prices.Positives and Negatives.

When i was looking in tejaswini nagar some broker said some site had litigation due to lake encroachment and BBMP cleared it and some sites has litigation due to owner's son. Also since it was B Khata at that time I did not buy. Dont know what is situation now.

how does tejaswini sites stands as of today...still those legal issues are there?
