I am planning to buy site 40X60 site at Nagarbhavi.
Agent is quoting Rs5500/sqft as final rate.

Just want to know is it the appropriate rate.

Its too high.... On going price is approx 4000rs/sqft.... Better you can try in SMV BDA layout... lots of options are available...
