regarding the Turf Club, there is no decision as of now. Decision is challenged in the high court.

Moreover, if the "Turf Club" is a pluspoint for selling your plot, its better promote the same at the Existing Turf Club gates during the weekends. Some regular Turf Club visitor might show some interest. Peace loving residential site buyers doesn't have any interest in such promotional Pluspoints like near to International Airport, Turf Club, ....etc

Thanks for your input and your advise in general.
However, I did not like other words, felt abusive. Generally anybody would put some plus points for his plot to sell, if someone does not like can skip it. We expect members in this group to respect each other.

i've no intention to hurt you. But would like to say that, few crazy people try to highlight negative points as a plus Point for making transaction. BTW how many people goes to work in Airport or use airports for their basic needs ?.

Examples like "Nearest / enroute to the new international airport" is the main highlighted feature in almost all north bangalore based Developers, Builders and resellers feature ads from last 2-3 years. In reality, Its the biggest negative point for residential areas. People must understand the basic reason, why all the airports across the world are specifically located out of the human living areas. If required people can ask the horrible night time experience of koramangala, HAL surrounding area population of erstwhile HAL Airport.

But not as a plus point. We can definitely agree if there are very good educational facilities, healthcare centres, accessible to job opportunity centress, very well planned civil amenities, ...etc.as plus point. But not the airport or turf club, bar/pubs, ....etc. we can consider turf club as a landmark only.
