I own 2 plots in SMV layout and have not paid taxes since I purchased them beginning 2007. I request you to kindly inform if I have to pay taxes immediately or is there any time deadline that would have been recently announced to pay taxes?

Hi,

Its advisable to pay the property taxes before 30th April, 2012, you will be eligible for 5 % discount for the tax for the F.Y 2012-2013.
