Last week lanuch was done for MS Ramaiah North East County and it is located in Yelahanka. It is located on the Yelhanka Dodaballapur road and is 5 kms from Yelahanka police station (Very next to BMS Institute of Tech).

He is quotating Rs 1530 per sqft. It is BDA approved layout. Advise if the price and location is good ?

Please provide your inputs.

One of my friend bought in BHEL Layout for 1900Rs around the month of May to June 2012 which is in the same location along with MS Ramaiaha North east conunty yelahanka ( Ramaiha's is closer to road side ). Hope this piece of information helps for you to determine the base price!
