Good Gated community in Bannerghatt road

Hi all,

This is my first post on this website. Iam currently looking for some good gated community in and around bannerghatta road but not far. I visited a couple of places and below were the rates.

1) Vakil Marina - Kodichinahalli - 4200 per sq ft. I felt this is way too high.
2) Royal hermitage - near Nice road. I liked the layout but the price for 40 x 60 site was 3500.

My budjet is 3000 rs max and mostly looking at 40 x60 sites. Any good layouts in this range in Bannerghatta road. This is not for investment as iam planning to buy and construct and hence i prefer the layout and sourrounding areas are decently developed.

Any feedback is much appreciated.
