Could you please let me know what is the current Market price in BSK 6th Stage 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Block, Please let me know if there is anyone is interested to sell...

1st Block - rs3000, 2nd Block rs. 2900 is this the Market Value? Any Idea..

They are quoting 2900 RS in 5th stage also. However around 3000 seems to be what they are quoting generally.

what is the current govt land value for registration in 3rd block bsk 6th stage. Is it also 3000rs per sft.

The guidance value is 1000 /- per square foot.

I think guidence value is increased to 1500/- if I remember correctly.

Guidance value is

1) Rs.1,200 for all blocks of BSK 6th Stage,
2) Rs. 1800 for 5th Stage and
3) Rs. 1,100 for Anjanapura.

these rates are with effect from 26th September 2011.

Anjanapura and BSK 6th Stage 1st to 4th Blocks comes under JP Nagar Sub-registrar office and
BSK 6th Stage 5 to 11th blocks & BSK 5th Stage falls under Banashankari Sub-Registrar office.

exactly one year back, i visited few sites across the blocks in BSK 6th stage. It was between 1800 to 2000 rs / sqr feet. Not sure in one year it became 3K ! I guess these agents playing a big role in this hype. Try to find out direct owner rather than dealing with agents.
