AKSHAYA NAGAR NEAR DLF CITY

Hi All,

I have plans to by a plot near DLF city (Akshaya nagar) and visited the area yesterday. Area seems a good buy. The agent quoted the rates of Rs3000 Psft in this area, 6 months back i had gone to the same area and the rates were around Rs. 2000 psft, not sure why 50% jump in 6 months ... :o .
Agent mentioned it is BBMP approved and you can avail banks from banks and has A Khata. Whereas i read in one of the discussions on forum that this layout is only DC converted.
Plot location is next to Hiranandani Project.
How is the area (litigation, Future developments)?
Is the rate Justified..??

And just for info- All 2Bhk Flats in DLF have been sold out and only few 3bhk's are available.
