I am looking for a site (30x40 BDA approved North/East Facing) Kanakapura Road. I have shortlisted Judicial/BCC/Bank Officers Layouts.

What is the current running cost/sqft in all these layouts?

Those who live in the area kindly share and give inputs based on your experience.

Recent price is anywhere between 2600~3200 psft on Kanakapura Road.

Thanks Nagarjun, Bank Officers Layouts 2nd block is very near to Anjanapura 2nd and 3rd block do you think its better to buy in Bank Officers Layouts given the rate difference of Rs.600.

Why not BCC layout. Running price is 2000/sft. You can save a lot and has good potential except for magnified fear of land mafia. Many houses are coming there.

No risk of any sort. Issue is with some goonda elements or land mafia looking for easy money. It is everywhere in Bangalore. I am constructing the house there and not faced any problem. To be frank recently from September, there are some instances of trouble to people who wanted to construct. These are taken care legally and land owners are proceeding with the construction. No where seen the devils now. Unity is the key and courage is needed. In last one year there are 7 houses come up or under construction.
