Any info abt Incity Layout, Kammanahalli, Bannerghatta Road

Hi,
I am planning to buy a property in Krishna Gardens Incity Layout, Kammanahalli, Bannerghatta road (near Nice Road). The person is quoting 1500/sq ft for a 60 x 40 plot. Not sure if this layout is ok or has any problems. Any inputs are welcome.

I am also planning to buy in Incity layout.Are loans possible for that layout?

yes. loans are possible. some sites are in litigation. i managed to buy a site there recently.

may be around 1700-2000 psft
