Any idea what is the guidance value in SMV layout ?

Guidance value in SMV depends on the sub registrar office, as all the blocks of smv doesnot come under one registrar office some of the blocks fall under Nagarbhavi sub registrar office and some under Kengeri sub registrar office.
I think for 1st block its RS1200 PSFT.

So succeded to purchase site in 1st block ?
