QQ: Is Current IT Returns receipt is Mandatory for Applying Loan?

Hi,

Bank require lots of docs for loan approval,
I guess ur a employees and docs are different for buisness person

1) IT for three yrs( last FY ITR is necessary) + three month latest sal slip attested by ur company finance team +six month salary account statement+6 photos+ four to five post dated salary account bank cheques+ address proof+ company profile+ company turn over from the website+PANcard+degree cerificate and still much more.
It would be better to contact the agent of the loan bank to get info on further docs
