This gentleman seems to me a broker and he is placing the price ~500 Rs above the ongoing price Or he could be a reseller too.
Need be cautious. Looks like half of the real estate prices are just because of these agents. They want to make a quick money.

Yes, he is a broker and i did call him on the given number...I did ask him his brokerage and he never replied. Its better to deal with direct site owners.

the problem is that we are not able to get in touch with the owners. all the websites and all other classifides have the numbers of the brokers only. ia hev been lookign for a 30x40 site but no luck
