MUDA Tax Payment

hello folks,
Did you see that we can on more pay MUDA Tax online with the old portal?
They dont give you a place to pay the money. What I read is that MUDA has transferred the sites to Panchayat
so we will need to go to respective Panchayat office and pay.
Do any of you know which panchayath Vijayanagar 4th stage 2nd Phase falls under : is it Bogadi Town Panchayat?
or Basavanahalli
