Yes guys i got it for 52K 400 CFT last week. my contractor got it for me.

We use t pay Rs36K for 500cft and 24K for 400cft for the direct Tirchy bound 10/6 wheeler. We need to
wait for one more week for stabilization

Are we stating that the karnataka Govt is allowing the Tamilnadu sand in Karnataka ?
Or somehow we are getting Trichy sand

The real reason is
- Ban on second sales in Tamil Nadu
- The monopoly of Stockyard owners

With the latest news i don't think we can see prices coming down.
Karnataka is far worst/better then TN because it wants to implement the sand in the form of 150Kg.

Withi this news looks like another two weeks will go by in the same state with no sand available and only black market will prevail.

This doesnt seems to be heading anywhere.

I was supposed to start with foundation and plith this month but had to held back.
Any suggestions ??

Should i wait or go for RMC or pay the premium :(

Even after paying premium the sand supplied seems to be a mix and not the best. So i am thinking wait or rmc are the only options for me :( .
