The new guidelines i.e 75m rajakaluve buffer zone compare to earlier 50m is like 10% of Bangalore comes under buffer zone
Instead of giving clear guidelines, NGT created more confusion

Till Date there has been hardly any progress on CASE that is going on against NGT order. Everytime the case just gets a new date.
With the recent amendments made by NGT, i guess this is going to be deadlock.
i still see houses being constructed near by lake. not sure how they are able to.....
Is BBMP sending engineers to measure the distance before approving the plan?

Any more news on the job front this? Is BBMP giving approvals for layout which already have build houses?

Looks like the NGT hearing is nearing conclusion.
The court proceeding look positive for existing buyers and land holders.

Not sure how they say 95%...but many are in trouble.

I think it would be best to approach BBMP office for clarification on plans sanction. Post SC verdict, I expect our applications will be accepted.

Hi,
I think the older norms of 30m for lakes and 15m for Rajakaluves is upheld by SC.

Anyone approached BBMP after SC order?
What is the approximate time and money we may have to Shell out including bribe to get plan approval.

Are you sure this was the older norms? somewhere i read as per RMP 2015 says 50M for primary, 25M for secondary and 15M for tert rajakaluve from the
middle of the drainage. will this be the buffer zone now?
