Heard from one of the association officers, that the long pending road dispute (shivswamy case) from KHP platinum apts till double road in 1st block is resolved.
And that withing 6 months, there would be a tar road now in place of this mud road (about 500 meters) stretch.

Is this true? Anybody has latest update on this ?

Hi Friends,

Good news for all 1st block owners. It is indeed true that the mud road from KHB platinum apartments/Shirke apartments to Double road near water tank, is getting built to proper tar road. So the long pending issue of connecting road to 1st block is finally resolved. The work has already begun & I spoke to the people at work there, and got to know that within next 2 months, there would be a proper tar road from Shirke apartments to double road which further connects the NICE road.

Also, one more development is that the big park is also being built in 1st block near water tank. The work has already started and likely to get completed in 2 months.

Hence, very soon in 1st block, people would start moving quickly with more number of houses getting build..

Prices are also likely to increase further. Cheers!!

Suddenly in the last few months, in the first block, there have been a lot of people taking possessions of the vacant sites and constructing temporary sheds etc.. and staying there.

Request you all to visit your respective sites and make sure your your site is protected.. Be in touch with your neigbouring sites owners so you know what is happening around your site.

Also, BDA people have started the survey of vacant sites itseems.
