Hi All,
Here is a good news for 2nd,3rd,4th and 5th block member.
Nitesh Estate has launched "British Columbia" project @ Anjanapura 3rd block (Very close to 5th,4th block,2nd block), near to Mangalya Prosper project.
They have more than 388 apartment in this project. Starting price is 50 lacs for (2 BHK 1000sqft).
Cheers guys. lot of development is happening. Later I will post few snaps of this project also.

Cauvery water in Anjanapura

Hi,
I am very new to this website.
I am planning to buy a plot in Bangalore where the cauvery water already exists.
Does cauvery water is there in Anjanapura layout. If yes, is it available in all blocks?
Also would like to know the current rate.

We have formed association for the owners of Anjanapura 1st, 2nd, 2nd A, 3rd & 5th G Blocks.
Request more people to join the association to make it big success.

Thanks AB for taking the initiative to form the association.
I participated in the first meeting of the association. It was a nice experience.
Request more people from 1st,2nd,2ndA,3rd and 5thG block to join the association to make it success.
It is the right time to push the concerned people to get all the amenities(Like Water etc) in place...
