2150 or 2300 seems to be a very good rate that you have got. Brokers are quoting price of 3200 negotiable (!!!) in this area. What do you think is a reasonable rate in this area close to Jambu Savari dinne?

latest ( two weeks back when talked to a resident there ) , I heard its between 2800 to 3200...one deal happened ,in the 3rd cross, 3 months back, for 2800 it seems. Then RE agents make that as the base price and say its between 2800 to 3200 ,I believe !! I dont think, 3200 is justifiable in this area without cauvery water...

I just enquired with one of the broker and his price is 3700/- sqft on 30*40 site near royal county. I got this broker contacts in sulekah classfied site. It is BDC plot and and the owner is re seller and not ready to negotiate. I belive this price is not justifyable at all. I see previous post in this thread the prices was around 2800/- to 3200/-, Is this because of recently the Metro Phase 2 got aprroval from cabinet? any one have enquired on the recent price?

Metro or no metro 3700 is too high considering this areas has thin population, not even proper connecting road, not many shops....

This area has kind of picked up development now. The pace of new constructions that are happening now is much faster than what I have seen in last 5-6 years for this place. Chaitanya Techno School also have started their construction near to Royal County Park.

Even I saw this school construction just begun there...any idea how good/bad the school is ? Not heard much about it here ....

yes , you are right, the area has very fast development in terms of houses being constructed, BDA making the big drainages, 3 apartments under construction and one school also now !!
