I could not find any info on BDA website. E-auction pdf doesn't contains JP nagar 8th phase 2nd block. Can you paste the TOI link pls?

Min BID price for JP nagar 2nd stage it self 65k as per recent pdf in BDA website. Then how come JP nagar 8th phase will be 70k?

The e-auction pdf on BDA website is not the latest one.. please check sunday TIO page 6 for thea ad.... i am surprised to see 70K as initial bid price for 8th phase..may be it a typo..

Correct. News paper ad shows that. Which transalates to 6.5k per sqft . Mostly typo error. May be we have correct pdf which will be uploaded in BDA website.

Generally BDA initial bid prices are lesser than the market rate... i called one of the person whose contact no was mentioned in the ad.. he confirmed that 70K is the base rate set by BDA for JP nagar 8th phase 2nd block auction sites

Did BDA confuse 8th phase as 2nd phase . I think full auction process fail!

Yeah,, this auction should fail.. if someone buy at that price,, it will become the base price of 8th phase...and buying a bda plot will become a dream for a salaried common man

All those site are intermediate one. BDA might auction corner sites later, think about what it might quote for corner site in future, may be it will cross 1L
