It is cheap as most of the steel are in the range of 47500 to 48000 everywhere when i enquired not less than that. Be careful with the weight as they quote less ,and then adjust the same in the weight.

1)ac turbo 500 grade = 47k perton including tax
2)vvs 500 grade = 47k perton
3)surya 500 grade = 49.5k perton
4)jsw 500 grade = 49.5k per ton

electrical item for roof .....bought near bvk iyengar road

fanbox =rs25 each
3/4 junction box deep= rs 31 each
3/4 colar = 1 rs each
3/4 bend = 2rs
1inch bend = 2.50 rs each
1inch colar = 1.50 each
tape 1 dozen =120rs
spot light box =rs 26

pipe cost is same anywhere so i will be buyin near my site

Which brand you bought for all these?

PIpe which brand you are planning to buy as i will buying in another 3 weeks.

u get diff quality n price will be according to that ....it depends on thinkness i told him to give good quality materials

plastering river soil bought y'day 6 wheeler 410 cft cost - 23k (hollanarshimapura). Very good soil, with minimum wastage.

Yesterday i purchased Indus Steel 3 tonnes for 52,500/= Per Tonne. @Meenashi Iron and steel New Tippusandra.

My Structural engineer prefers Indus and i had a casual talk with Bar bender he says Buy indus and lots of people are talking about Indus, i couldnt understand How Indus brand have capture the Bangalore martket this much, As for as started its Fe 415 and cost wise also its more.

Maths for you......you would save 6K - 7K/ ton with the conventional 500 grade steel, which is several times better than Indus steel. On a scale of 10 tons, you will end up spending 60K to 70K, which otherwise could be used to beautify your visible portion of the construction.
