The developments are possible by involvement of all the residents and site owners through an association. "Together we can".

I request all the site owners and residents to become member of the Anjanapura 9th, 10th and 11th Block residents welfare association to make it strong and voice our concerns. Every 1st Sunday of the month the association members meet and discuss various points, please participate.

Iam finalizing the plot in 10th block, Direct Owner price 4000rs fixed for 30X40ft
in front of upcoming depot & bus terminal
pls let me know the current price in 10th block.

I got a quote about 1.5-2 months back 3700 nego north facing direct owner. But market is kind of down now, i know some sites from last 3 months which were not able to sell in JP 8th phase 1st block, 9th phase 7th block till now. So try negotiating hard!.

Any reason for the fall?

Any specific association for 7th block owners? I believe the associations should not be limited to specific blocks, as we can have stronger voice if all the block residents/owners are put together in getting basic amenities.
