All the projects sold by JR Housing, like JR Coconest, JR Greenwoods, JR Urbania, JR Greenpark lakefront, JR Retreat, JR Nexus and JR City are completely legal with clear title. The same can be verified by the purchasers at the time of booking.
Owners share and resale of plots in any project typically will be priced lower than a builder/developer's price, as there are no marketing & establishment overheads for individual sellers, unlike a company. They definitely make a good buy !
